Workplace Strategies division provides advice to corporate occupiers of commercial real estate who are seeking to optimize business performance by releasing the value within their property portfolio and aligning real estate strategy to corporate business strategy.

Key services and responsibilities include:

• Develop workplace strategy for clients based on qualitative and quantitative studies to ensure value, quality, and profitability of project delivery.

• Change management, including but not limited to Stakeholder engagement, employee communications, coaching and training, resistance management etc.

• Occupancy planning to empower clients to sustainably maintain a highly effective workplace.

• Manage client relationships and project delivery.

• Support on client pitching and bidding.

• Work closely with the Office team, Project Management etc. to develop a total solution to clients.

• Ensure compliance with CBRE policies including fee sharing, licensing requirements, subcontractor liability, etc.

Candidates should be self-driven and passionate about delivering the best workplace solutions to the client. Comfort in a fast-paced, open, collaborative environment and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously is a must. Working as part of project teams, successful applicants will be responsible for managing and delivering specific activities within a project, including handling aspects like the timeline, client interaction, communication and delivery with oversight from a project manager.

Our clients are located throughout China; candidate may be required to travel (up to 20%) of the time.
