Position Overview: We are seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to join our HR team. The Total Rewards Specialist forms a pivotal part of the support function within for the team. This is a 12-months fixed term position with the potential to become a permanent role at the end of the contract.
Location: Shanghai, China
Key Responsibilities:
1. Compensation Analysis:
• Assist in regular compensation benchmarking and market analysis to ensure our salary and bonus structures remain competitive across our APAC markets including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia.
• Collaborate in creating and reviewing salary structures across APAC countries.
• Support the design and implementation of compensation programs.
2. Compensation and Benefits Administration:
• Assist in market survey data preparation and submission.
• Provide support in managing and administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks across APAC countries.
• Manage the contract implementation process, which includes reviewing and approving contract, generating the payment requests, and overseeing the payment of invoices
3. Communication and Education:
• Assist in communicating changes to compensation and benefits programs to employees.
• Address inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proven experience as a Total Rewards Specialist or Payroll/Operation Specialist.
• Basic knowledge of compensation and benefits programs
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
