- To manage the commodity / supplier strategy to fulfill the requirement of Transport global supplier panel and development roadmap

- Supplier development: start & raise business with already homologated & identified suppliers

- Scouting New Suppliers + Regional Marketing Investigation. Follow Sourcing standard process with using the relevant methods and tools.

- RFQ Management: from RFQ release to Business Award, Contract Sign, through Project Execution till Warranty Expiration.

- Ensure Technical Clarification between Suppliers and Technical Expert during RFQ stage also ensures Product Development Technical Clarification during PO Execution Period.

- Strong Cost analysis ability(TCO) while tender phase

- Continuous improvement plan (QCD responsibility on orders placed in China)

- Coordination with stakeholders such as quality, project team to secure the overall sourcing plan

- Work with European Site buyer for LCC project, RFQ, PO, FAI, Mass production, Payment follow up

- Communicate with Central CM weekly for projects follow up and new projects introduction

Education Experience:

- Mandatory: Bachelor’s Degree

- Desirable: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant engineering degree

Work Experience:

- Mandatory: above 5 years’ experience of sourcing development for direct sourcing

- Desirable: above 3 years experience of sourcing development of metal material or previous supplier development and management
