As focal point in dedicated plant to lead Process Engineer setting up process management, offer technical service to production in technical order, trouble shooting, process& technical upgrading, quality control, RW efficiency, energy and environment, process safety& risk control, documentation and report etc.

Support P&QC managers in developing workforce capability, setting& controlling budget plan, supporting projects management；

coordinate between R&D and production on new technology pilot testing, offering technical supports and cooperate with production team；

Lead Process improvement engineer with support from site HSE, work with plant management team to setup QHSE KPIs of focused plant；

Setup all required documents frame in process area, include but not limited in SOP, EOP, ERP, Job aid, technical meeting, training matrix, documents in process control, QC, report and HSE area;

Requirement：

BSc or above education background is needed；

Workable English for written and spoken;

Familiar with process safety management;

Familiar and be competency with the SIS system；

Familiar with Hazardous study tools;

L6S knowledge and skills are preferred.
