Conduct mechanistic or semi-mechanistic PKPD modeling to build the correlation between PK and PD/efficacy
Predict maximum absorbable dose (MAD), human PK, and DDI with PBPK modeling
Explore drug ADME mechanistically with PBPK modeling
Apply PKPD modeling and PBPK modeling into human efficacious dose prediction
Collaborate with clinical pharmacology to provide a rationale for dose escalation and dose range in phase 1 studies
Evaluate novel in silico tools and methodology to improve human PK and dose prediction
Provide DMPK and PK/PD expertise and input into related documents such as Investigator Brochures, SOPs, study reports, manuscripts, summaries for regulatory authorities, INDs, NDAs and sNDAs
Other duties as assigned
A Ph.D. degree in pharmacokinetics, pharmacology, or pharmaceutical Sciences with hands-on experience on PKPD modeling is required
