Position Summary (岗位描述)

1. To conduct equipment routine setup/checking and record the result data into checklist;

负责产线设备的常规点检并记录；

2. Support production line equipment major down timely to ensure equipment running smoothly；

及时支援产线设备的复杂故障修复，保证设备平稳运行；

3. To carry out conversion activities and buyoff；

按要求设备进行换型，并做好质量验收工作；

Key Responsibility (主要职责)

1. Daily parameter and hardware check，machine 5S and record related data in recording book per required;

日常设备参数及硬件点检、设备内部5S并记录相关数据到记录本；

2. Equipment conversion and buyoff to ensure no quality issue after conversion;

设备的换型工作，做好质量验收确保换型后的产品质量过关；

3. Spare parts replacement for wear-tear parts

常规磨损备件更换；

4. Proactively inspect production line anomalies and solve them in time;

主动地巡检产线异常并及时解决；

5. Multiple troubleshooting skill for different supplier equipment;

具备多种型号设备维修技能；

6. Support PM technician to perform preventive maintenance activities per scheduled and specified;

协助PM技术员按照计划和要求完成设备的定期保养；

7. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor;

班长和主管交代的其他任务；

Qualification (任职者要求)

1. College degree or above on Mechatronics, Electronic automation, mechanical manufacturing etc.;

大专及以上学历，机械、电子、机电一体化专业；

2. 5 years or above equipment maintenance related experience;

5年及以上设备维护相关经验；

3. Can read simple electrical/circuit diagrams and use multimeter, oscilloscope etc.;

能读写简单电气电路图，会使用万用表、示波器等基本工具诊断设备故障；

4. Familiar with the theory and application of electrical;

熟悉电气理论及实际使用；

5. Can read/write English;

能读写英语；

6. Familiar with software and PC hardware;

熟悉电脑软硬件相关知识；
