职位描述

Position Summary (岗位描述)

1. Responsible for managing and providing technical assistance to other engineers. Also frequently provide mentorship to junior engineering staff, using extensive experience to manage the prioritization, development and completion of technology projects. May coordinate several projects at the same time. 2. To analyze and solve a broad range of non-standard problems. Good understanding of the requirements of other department/ functions and technological expertise. Key Responsibility (主要职责)

1. Provides consultation, guidance and work direction to colleagues and management and uses judgment to influence within and across functions to drive impact on the business/ function. 为同事和管理层提供咨询、指导和工作方向,并利用判断在职能部门内部和跨职能部门施加影响,以推动对业务/职能部门的影响。

2. Quickly develop strong understanding of immediate area of responsibility by actively participating in the multi-disciplinary area team, generate ideas, recommendations that improve results and incorporate new learnings and contribute to continuous improvement. 通过积极参与多学科领域团队,快速形成对直接责任领域的深刻理解,提出改进结果的想法和建议,并吸收新的经验教训,为持续改进做出贡献。

3. Support high complex New Product Introductions by delivering assigned Process and Equipment solutions meeting or exceeding Quality and timeline targets. 通过交付满足或超过质量和时间目标的指定工艺和设备解决方案,支持高复杂度的新产品介绍。

4. Supervising, coaching, managing and motivating department members on a day-to-day basis. 日常监督、指导、管理和激励部门成员。

5. Define department training matrix and the execution. 定义部门培训矩阵和执行情况。

6. Take few senior/ consultants role in site level, example: internal trainer, JIRA expert, Global Team Building Multiplier, etc. 以现场级别的少数高级/顾问为例:内部培训师、JIRA专家、全球团队建设乘数等。

7. Assume Consultant/ Project Leader for supporting engineering or production on chronic issue and continuous improvement project. 担任顾问/项目负责人,为长期问题和持续改进项目的工程或生产提供支持。

任职条件

1. Bachelor Degree or Master in Mechanical or Automation Engineering related Science and Engineering major机械或自动化工程学士或硕士学位相关理工科专业

2. Semiconductor backend testing field半导体后端测试领域

3. Minimum 14 years working experience in Semiconductor Test Handler (e.g. turret, gravity, pick & place, etc.) and Device Process Control Flow在半导体测试处理器(如转台、重力、拾取和放置等)和设备过程控制流程方面至少有14年的工作经验

4. Has developed resilient networking among peers and strives to expand them beyond functional and regional boundaries在同行之间建立了有弹性的网络,并努力将其扩展到功能和区域边界之外
