工作职责:

Main Responsibilities

* 对客户送修附件进行进件验收，对验收差异及时记录和报告。

To inspect the repairable unit from customer, record and report the discrepancy.

* 在确保安全的条件下，完成附件的测试，修理，大修和改装等工作。

To accomplish the test/repair/overhaul/modification for the repairable unit in safe condition.

* 保证附件修理的质量和周期。

To make sure the quality and TAT of repair work.

* 及时正确地填写修理记录。及时正确地输入ERP数据。

To record the job card/accomplish ERP data correctly and timely.

* 对工具和设备进行保管，保养和维护。

To manage and do maintenance for the tools and equipment.

* 与OEM进行技术交流

To communicate with OEM technically.

* 对厂房的温/湿度/ESD进行监控。

To monitor the temperature/humidity/ESD of workshop.

* 对客服/质量/财务部门提供技术帮助。

To provide technical support for Customer Service/Quality/Finance Department.

* 配合质量部门开发新能力。

To cooperate with Quality Department to develop new capabilities

* 对库存器材，设定合理的库存计划，以保证周期和库存成本。

To make plan for material inventory to ensure the TAT and cost.

* 向OEM提供修理月报。

To provide the monthly report to OEM.

* 配合质量部门完成内审工作。

To cooperate with Quality Department to accomplish internal audit.

* 总结整理与生产相关的流程。

To summarize the process related to production.

* 部门经理安排的其它工作。

To finish the work assigned by department manager

招聘条件：

Knowledge and Skill Requirements：

* 正规院校“电子”专业毕业，大学本科或以上学历。民航院校毕业者优先。

Graduated from normal colleges and majored in electronics, bachelor degree or above, graduated from Aviation College is preferred.

* 持有CAAC颁发的民航维修人员执照。

CAAC Aviation Maintenance Personnel License

* 英语，国家4级或6级证书。具有较强的听，说，读，写，译的能力。CAAC航空英语等级3级或4级。

English: CET-4 or CET-6 with strong listening/ speaking/reading/ writing/ translation ability.CAAC Aviation English Level 3 or Level 4

* 具备5年以上航空电子附件维修经验。具备一定的电路分析和排故能力。

With more than 5 years Aviation electronics accessories maintenance experience, with circuit analysis and trouble-shooting ability.

* 具备一定的电路分析和排故能力。

* 了解航空法规知识，如CCAR145, FAR145, EASA145等。

Knowledge of civil aviation regulations like CCAR145/ FAR145/EASA145.

* 熟练掌握电脑操作技能，具备一定的电脑网络知识。

Familiar with operating computer ,with a certain knowledge of computer network.

* 掌握MS OFFICE办公软件的使用，具备基础的中英文打字技能。

Master MS OFFICE software, with basic typing skills in both Chinese and English
