1.Support the Quality Leader to establish and improve the Q&RM policies and procedures, performance evaluation and training programs.
2.Conduct Opportunity Review, Technology Delivery Risk Review, Engagement Agreement Review, Subcontract / Third Party Review, and other service delivery related Q&RM review.
3.Facilitate the approval of Q&RM affairs from other stakeholders of the firm.
4.Facilitate and promote service delivery quality program.
5.Support the Quality Leader to identify, monitor and manage the potential non-compliance issues.
6.Implement the Q&RM performance evaluation process.
7.Deliver Q&RM training program.
8.Support the Quality Leader to respond requests from and work with local and global Quality or Risk Management function.
9.Accept and response to daily Quality & Compliance Consultation.
1.More than 8 years’ working experience for associate director or 6 years’ working experience for assistant director.
