Job Summary:

1. Support sample coordinator with:

- Sample order maintenance (Confirm Timing, Quantity, BOM… with order initiator)

- Express order placing and tracking for sample delivery

- Custom clearance for cross-region delivery

2. Support project information digitalization in CN TPM community, in perspective of

- Project milestone

- Budget status

3. Support MCR upload for overall projects in each CF and BP

4. Support sample delivery between plants via shuttle bus

5. Other support

Requirement:

1. Good communication and English both in oral and written

2. Initiative and responsible

3. Working with cross-region teams from Vietnam, India, Germany

4. Good tool usage: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI
