安全高级工程师负责开展车间所有的安全活动，控制并评估车间运营过程中的各项活动进程，确保车间所有人员在安全的生产条件下工作。本岗位要求个人能够带领和监督全员开展健康、安全与环境管理等相关的活动。与职业健康安全部门，环境部门开展合作，参与公司HSE管理体系的建立。

Safety Sr. Engineer is responsible for daily safety activity, control and assess progress activities associated with Shop operations to ensure achievement of the most optimal levels of safety conditions for all shop personnel. The role of this position will require the individual to lead and supervise all employees on a wide range of Health & Safety、 Environment (HSE) activities. Cooperate with occupational health and safety department, participates in HSE management and development in the company.

Key activities will include关键活动应包括:

1. Establish and maintain the company safety policies & procedures by laws or regulations requirements, provide information and technical consulting to staff at all levels

依照法律法规要求和公司安全方针要求建立并完善车间的安全相关程序文件，为车间员工提供安全方面的信息及帮助

2. Establish paint shop HSE training plan and schedule ESH training courses and conduct training for employees

制定车间HSE的培训计划，做好员工的三级安全教育等安全培训

3. Assist to develop the Company HSE Management system and monitoring the implementation

支持公司HSE体系的建立，运行与管理

4. Identify hazards of workplace and co-work with relative departments to evaluate the risk (Risk Assessment system), support and advise to relevant department in safety issues

对工作场地进行危险辨识，与相关部门合作以评估作业风险，对发现的一些安全问题向相关部门提出建议并提供协助

5. Make safety inspection and risk analysis to detect existing and potential accident and health hazards and accordingly determines corrective and preventive measures

进行安全检查，以发现存在的或潜在的安全健康风险，同时对改善效果进行评估

6. Coordinate related departments for incidents investigation and provide preventive actions for controlling safety risks and reducing incidents

对车间安全事故/事件进行调查，并提供预防措施以控制并降低安全风险和事故的发生几率

7. Participates in ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 internal and external audit and follow up the findings

参加ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001的内审与外审，并追踪问题点的改善情况

8. Construction safety management in Body shop

车间内施工安全管理

9. hazardous waste management.

车间危险废弃物管理。

1. Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or Engineering

相关安全专业或相关安全工作3年经验

2. Registered Safety engineer certificate preferred

最好能有注册安全工程师资质

3. Ability to interpret and understand complex situations and develop proposals for action

能够解释和理解复杂情况，提出解决建议

4. 3-year plus Automotive experience

3年以上汽车行业工作经验

5. Strong computer skill (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

较强的计算机运用能力（Excel，PPT，Project软件）

6. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
