招聘岗位:物料部文员


【工作职责】


提供物料部内部的运营及行政支持。负责将所有收到的货物及时准确地输入酒店计算机系统,向物料部经理和会计部门提交所有收货活动的日报。协助进行每月的库存盘点,做到账实相符。

We are looking for Materials Clerk


【Job Responsibilities】


Provide internal operations and administrative support for the Materials Department. Responsible for entering all received goods into the hotel's computer system in a timely and accurate manner, and submitting daily reports of all receiving activities to the Materials Department Manager and the Accounting Department. Assist with monthly inventory counts to ensure that the records match the physical inventory.

2.Possess strong communication and interpersonal coordination skills.
