Job Targets and Decision Making 岗位目标及工作权限

1.Enough sales experience in independent aftermarket.

2.Rich distributing channel management experience.

3.Well understanding of company culture and products, especially on steering and suspension.

4.Target and result oriented.

5.Good teamwork.

Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作职责

1. Ability to plan and achieve sales target.

2. Maitaining active customers, help customer to grow up on target project.

3. Developing valuable new customers in blank region and channel.

4. Organizing and executing various customer and marketing activities.

5. Knowing well of related market and customers.

6. Other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor.

Required Competency and Qualification 任职能力及资格

1. Knowledge 知识

Education 学历

Bachelor or plus

Foreign Language 外语

English

Computer Skill 计算机

Skillful in office software (excel, ppt, word….)

2. Experience 经验

Auto or related experience 汽车或相关行业经验

≥ 3 Years

Intercultural experience 跨文化工作经验

≥ 3 Years
