 Other significant relationships – internal :need work together with EssilorLuxottica IT team in China to provide better service to B2C business.

4. Major Duties and Responsibility

• To perform Local CRM, Local Reporting(SQL), Global reporting(SAP BO), Yonyou C/L batch system, store Clock in/out, Digital Windows implementation, maintenance and improvement. Communicate with user to understand their requirement and work with G&A or outsourced consultant to find out the solution for the demand;

• Maintain user access right and file security in Local CRM, Local Reporting(SQL), Yonyou C/L batch system, store Clock in/out system, monitor the system process and review the exceptional report;

• Provide project management for Local CRM, Local Reporting(SQL), Global reporting(SAP BO), Yonyou C/L batch system, store Clock in/out, Digital Windows system;

• Provide especial report or data base on the management requirement;

• Communicate and cooperate with EssilorLuxottica IT counterparts to ensure consistence and compatibility on data and systems.

• Ability to debug production incidents and find out solution.

• Work with internal and external teams for trouble shooting various of causes let to the dashboard issues.

• Other assignment required by the management.

Experience:

• 5+ years of related/solid BI/BO experience required;

• 3+ years of project management experience;

• Retail / Wholesale / FMCG related experience preferred;

• Experience communicating with customers collecting requirements and implementation details, implementing solutions, and providing technical support

• Ability to work independently
