The ADAS Manager will be responsible for the whole ADAS team managerment, including team engineering capability built up, ADAS related feature and parts delivery, lead ADAS technical roadmap and strategy, lead and responsible for issue sloving for launch and mass prodcution phase etc., making sure all ADAS related tasks can be delivered on time for each program.

ADAS经理将负责整个ADAS团队的管理，包括团队工程能力的建设，ADAS相关功能和零部件的交付，领导ADAS技术图谱和策略的制定，领导和负责投产和量产期间问题解决等，确保所有ADAS相关工作可以按时保质的交付。

The successful candidate will work with the support of EE Senior Manager to:

Responsible for leading team to develop ADAS related feature with robust engineering status, lead feature test and validation, part release, parts list/complexity management/ BOM management, Cost & Weight;.

负责带领团队开发工程可靠的智能驾驶辅助系统，主导功能测试和验证，产品工程释放，产品件号综合管理/BOM，成本&重量管理；

Lead team to develop CJLR ADAS technical roadmap and strategy；

带领团队建立CJLR智能驾驶辅助系统的技术路线与策略；

Lead the supplier to design and develop components and/or system to meet all requirements including cost/quality/weight/timing.

主导供应商开发出符合JLR成本/ 质量/ 重量/ 产能和时间进度目标的零部件/系统；

Develop and manage ESOW (Engineering Statement Of Work) to ensure all Quality, Design and Engineering requirements being fully cascaded to the supplier.

编写工程开发责任声明(ESOW)，确保产品质量，设计和工程要求完全传递给供应商去开发和管理产品；

Responsible for the ADAS related robust design verification, production product validation and engineering sign-off activities, including vehicle build launch support to ensure rapid issue identification & resolution.

负责智能驾驶辅助系统产品验证和工程签发；包括装车支持以确保问题的快速发现与解决；

Lead in resolving ADAS related issues to closure, including managing design & engineering changes.

主导智能驾驶辅助驾驶系统相关质量问题的解决，管理工程设计变更；

Leading ADAS TVM, engineering value add activities

主导智能驾驶辅助系统工程优化降本活动；

Be based in Shanghai and support activities at Changshu. Also occasional travel to UK.

工作地点：上海，同时支持常熟工厂，偶尔到UK 的商务出差。
