职责：

1、 建立合适的体内模型，协助完成对药物的体内筛选和评价；

2、 完成药代和药效动力学实验以及后期数据的分析处理；

3、 建立动物疾病模型，通过多途径的给药，完成对候选化合物的药效评价；

4、 进行动物麻醉，解剖和样本采集；

5、 独立或在指导下，通过FACS、Western blot、ELISA、IHC等方法对候选化合物的作用机制进行分析；

6、 项目管理，实验协调、结果总结与汇报。

BeiGene is looking for highly motivated researchers from all medical science disciplines to join the Pharmacology department to be part of the mission in expanding the highest quality therapies to billions more people. This individual will design and execute

in vivo and translational studies in animal models for portfolio projects and drug target validation.

Responsibilities

1. Develop animal models for immunology and oncology drug discovery and development.

2. Evaluate efficacy of drug candidates by animal models.

3. Carry out pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics studies using mouse and/or rat.

4. Perform mouse and rat blood sampling, anesthesia, and anatomy.

5. Perform ex vivo experiments using, but not limited to techniques such as FACS, western blot, ELISA etc.

6. Perform in vitro experiments using cell culture.

7. Prepare FFPE sections, perform IHC and analyze the result.

要求：

1、 生物学或药学等相关专业硕士2年，或本科学历有4-5年以上相关从业经验；

2、 沟通能力强，具有团队合作精神；

3、 有一定实验动物操作经验，具有免疫或肿瘤动物模型相关工作经验者优先考虑；

4、 熟练掌握细胞生物学和免疫学技术，有肿瘤细胞培养、Western Blot、流式细胞术、ELISA、IHC等相关实验经验者优先；

5、 英文读写能力良好；英语会话能力良好者优先考虑。

Requirements

Position will be hired based on level of experience

1. Bachelor’s degree with at least 4-5 years of relevant working experiences or master’s degree in life science with 2 years of relevant working experiences, medicine or pharmacology is required.

2. Experienced in performing in vivo and/or in vitro pharmacology related studies.

3. Experienced in immunology and/or oncology model setup with various means of dosing methods, including but not limited to oral, subcutaneous, tail vein drug dosing is highly desired.

4. Familiar with following skill sets is a plus, including but not limited to tumor size measurement, blood sampling by eye, heart and tail vein, animal anatomy, FACS, WB, ELISA and molecular cloning, cell culture.

5. English language skill is required; Chinese language skill is highly desired but not required.
