The SC Specialist is responsible for providing administration as well as technical support in CSR audit management to client. This is an off-based position, implant role. This role not only includes SC Coordinator job responsibilities, but also includes report review and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) review. He/ She has to ensure admin related work, report review and CAPA review is being completed efficiently and the quality is meeting brand’s expectation.
【Responsibility】
Desk top prescreening of factories
Audit report and CAPA reviewing for suppliers
Provide guidance/training to suppliers on CSR requirement
Tracking supplier performance, handling audit documentation in systems
Management of brand supplier data
Setting up audits with suppliers
Assign audit to internal auditors or 3rd party
Manage audit data including report uploading, CAP uploading and other tracking
Perform other duties as directed
1. CSR working experiences over 2 years, APSCA auditor qualification preferred
2. Good written and verbal communication skills in English
3. Good communication and persuasion skills; written, telephonic, and in-person.
4. Attention to details, good time management and flexibility. Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Able to handle multiple problems simultaneously.
5. Good problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills. Should have high level of energy, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment.
6. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet navigation, and e-mail systems.
7. Good mathematical and analytical skills
8. Should be able to prioritize, work well under pressure, and be a team player.
9. Able to maintain confidentiality and have a non-biased approach at job performance.
