1. Conduct desktop-based remediation process (Online and Offline CAPA review, re-grades, and documentation review) and deliver high and consistent quality of result within required timeframe
2. Conduct analysis of internal factory systems and how they relate to the overall effectiveness of the system
3. Ability to identify steps required to implement internal changes and create a plan to complete each task.
4. Support the development and implementation of tools and training at the factory level.
5. Support Program Manager in development of training content related to CBCI services and assist in delivery of trainings in local language and English.
6. Coordinates and assist with logistics and tracks work.
7. Provide on-the-ground research support relating to assigned geographic region
8. Participate in team development.
1. University degree in related field.
2. Bi-lingual w/ English for all international hires.
3. Exposure in CSR-related field or social compliance auditing is preferred
4. Written and verbal communication skills in English required, proficiency in a secondary language preferred
5. Strong skills in internet research and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
6. Knowledge of labor laws, international labor standards and human rights issues preferred
7. Ability to work in a multicultural environment
8. Ability in analyzing and problem-solving skills.
9. Ability in inter-personal communication skills with factory management.
