Deliver quliaty IT solution and IT services for Corporate business domains to support business improvement, stable operation and achieve business success together with business partners.

Job qualifications

Business Partner & Demand Management

1) Act as a liaison between IT and Product Development, CSCQ, Purchasing, BPO&PR, Compliance business domains to ensure IT is seen as an effective partner and enabler by identifying factors critical to business success and operational effectiveness.

2) Understand the direction for IT enterprise architecture and how it aligns to business trends in supporting current and future business needs and workout and align IT planning, roadmaps with business related departments

3) Manage IT demands and portfolios including solution design, prioritizing, and ensure projects investment align with IT and business strategies, goals and objectives

4) Technichal solution design or coordinate correct resource to design detail solution based on CJLR existing platforms or find potential technical solutions to realize the demand. Define RFP, SOW and TA accessment criterias to assess different techinical solutions and initiate internal IT demand process to get business demand approved.

Project & Change Delivery

1) Work as project manager to delivery change/new demand for related business domain. Ensure project delivery within the right cost, timing and scope, meet project delivery KPI designed by CJLR PMO.

2) Using project management skill/tools to manage project, based on good understanding of CJLR's project delivery methodology and project management process. Lead project team to delivery project deliverables including documents and related internal process control documents based on PMO's requirment.

3) For changes of the existing service, responsible for change management, techinical delivery and related deliverables based on CJLR internal change management process.

Product Development, CSCQ,Purchasing, BPO&PR, Compliance Domain IT Application Management

1) Manage CJLR Product Development, CSCQ, Purchasing, BPO&PR, Compliance related IT Applications (incl Enovia SRM, Supplier Portals, Enovia PDM, and other applications for related business departments) architecture and technical planning to ensure align with the right technical trend and support CJLR IT policy

2) Act as Solution Architecture of CJLR Product Development, CSCQ, Purchasing, BPO&PR, Compliance domain applications to provide technical guidence on related solution designs as well as manage technical principles and regulations for CJLR Product Development, CSCQ, Purchasing,BPO&PR, Compliance domain applications

3) Manage change impacts to current technical architecture to ensure service statbility. Capabicity planning and performance tunning and coordinate internal resource to delivery all resource requirements. For inhouse managed sytems, set up daily maintenance check list and techinical deployement operation standard to guide daily technical maintenance work.

4) Follow ITIL and CJLR operation process to manage incidents and customer request/issue handling as well as problem and continouse improvement for CJLR Product Development, CSCQ, Purchasing,BPO&PR, Compliance domain applications to ensure SLA/OLA and delivery good service to all business users. For in-house platforms, lead related resource to hande service tickets, change requests, daily mainenance, system change deployement and system testing in house according to check list, deployement process and related technical standards.

5). Service continous improvement by keep monitor service delivery status, ticket handling and coordinate other related IT services, and also manage customer satisfaction/expecatations and workout improvement plans and delivery.

6) Business process monitor and system operation monitor to make sure stable system operating and find issue and problems in advance, and continuous improve system operation to achieve high efficiency.

7) Vendor Management covering contract management, performance management of project vendors and AMS service delivery vendors

8) Other tasks assigned by IT management team.
