• Serve as primary contact (internal and external) during all phase of the project work

• Collect requirement from the client and provide proper services

• Prepare presentation documentation

• Liaison with Global application, infrastructure and digital team on regard of the alignment on project scope, timeline, entry readiness, deploy readiness, supporting process and etc…

• Coordination with infrastructure, application team and store service delivery team on regard of project implementation and supporting process

• Assistance in development of customized solutions, integration with third parties and software development for the local market

• Design and implementation of SOP for new B2C projects

• Identification and negotiation with local partners/suppliers (infrastructure, application, architecture, and support)

• Follow up the IT governance process for each project

• Provide and update project timeline

• Check deliverables

• Keep smooth communication channel with clients

• Work closely with other functions and business partners to maximize the value to the clients and company

Knowledge and skills:

• Familiar with B2C applications like SAP FMS1, HRP, Store POS, BI reporting, CRM, CDP, WX Mini-P, Wechat Work and etc…

• Solid Project Management skills

• Excellent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)

• Good at presentation

• Able to work under pressure

Education:

• Bachelor Degree or above major in Information Technology or Computer Science

Experience:

经验要求

• 5+ years of working experience in B2C area required;

• 3+ years of project management experience;

• Retail / Wholesale / FMCG related experience preferred;

• Experience communicating with clients collecting requirements and implementation details, implementing solutions

• Ability to coordinate with China/Group IT team and business partners
