What will you do

• Responsible for product batch referral and disposition at Final Test

• Generate weekly yield reports, parametric data ‘deep dive’ analysis and some tool development (primarily using Exensio from PDF Solutions)

• Identify opportunities for yield improvement

• Lead initiatives to deliver yield improvement

• Develop and manage Statistical Process Controls and Out of Control Action Plans

• Ensure yield targets are met and maintained

• Work closely with Product Test Engineers to identify and manage yield issues for new products and platforms during safe launch and production ramp-up phases

What will you need

• Degree or equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Physics, or a relevant discipline

• In depth knowledge of power semiconductor devices, ideally High Voltage MOSFETs

• A wide knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, testing & measurement techniques

• Excellent communication skills and be confident to talk with overseas sites & customers

• Ability to communicate complex concepts and requirements clearly and to influence stakeholders at all levels
