4. Quality control supervision and management, including quality control plan and ensure the plan be carried out successfully.

质量控制的监控与管理，包括质控计划并确保成功实施。

5. Schedule trainings for new technologists.

安排新进人员的培训。

6. Responsible for internal and external correlation testing and CNAS/CMA accreditation.

负责内外部能力验证和CNAS/CMA的审核。

7. Follow 5S standard for lab maintenance.

遵循5S进行实验室的管理。

8. Ensure the safety of the testing lab

9. Perform other tasks as assigned by the department manager.

1. More than 8 years’ working experience regarding the microbiological testing and familiar with the testing methods and regulations like USP, EP, AATCC ,GB etc

8年以上微生物相关工作经验,熟悉美国药典，欧洲药典， 各类抗菌测试等

2. More than 3 years‘ lab management experience

3年以上实验室管理经验

3. Third-party lab working experience is preferred

第三方实验室经验者优先

4. Good communication skills and English reading and writing skills

良好的沟通交流能力，英文阅读与书写能力
