• Engages with customers via telephone or electronic inquiries for the purpose of taking orders, order fulfilment, or
admin-related post-sales activities
• Under moderate supervision, develops and shares quotes for specified categories of leads using standardized pricing
tools
• Processes orders into the ERP after quote acceptance, ensures clients receive follow-up of sent quotes and assists
in turning quotes into orders
Serves as a single point of contact for post-sales services and ongoing relationship support for assigned customer
contacts
• Builds trust, transparency, and loyalty with customer contacts; gauges customers’ levels of engagement with UL and
directs feedback internally when appropriate
Uses knowledge and relationships from guiding post-sales implementation of TIC products / services to inform
planning for expansion opportunities
• Coordinates post-sale activities to ensure customers are meeting TIC certification requirements and product or
service adoption timelines
• Supports account managers and owners by performing administrative-related
• Bachelor’s and/or graduate degree in business, engineering, or related field
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software
• Previous experience in customer facing job, ideally with senior and executive-level customer contacts
• Business acumen and understanding of business sales processes
