Serves as Project Handler for test projects as assigned and is an expert in test standards. Responsible for evaluating, explaining, and completing the test report for complex customer samples. Follows complex test plans and data sheets. Communicates with customers during the whole project to ensure proper evaluation and results.
1. Serves as Project Handler for test projects as assigned. Communicates project status and results as needed with the clients. Holds management and review responsibility for test schedule, test cost and test quality.
2. Follows complex test plans and test requirements from clients. Evaluates test condition and sample operation to properly analyze test data and evaluate test results. Complete test report reviewing and finalizing according to the project scope and requirement.
3. Examines customer samples and learns to operate appropriate tests for each case. Communicates with customers during the whole project to ensure proper evaluation and results.
4. Understands and be able to explain test standards and product technology. For some special cases and issues, hold responsibility for analyzing and solving.
5. Directs, builds and/or adapts test setups and equipment to new test standards and test requirements. Lead to develop new test capability and train other lab staffs to meet market demand.
6. Searches and builds subcontract lab resource to meet business needs. Follows up and complete test subcontracting and witness.
