Consumer insights analysis and sell-thru analysis
- Drive key initiative according to the buying strategy
- Monitor the sell thru performance, clarify action suggestion and risk alarm
- Local consumer insights analysis and feedback
- Keep smooth communication with cross function team to ensure the buying strategy well executed
Drive in season operation execution
- Prepare the season operation plan document
- Set weekly meeting with cross function team for sell thru review and action proposal
- Drive replenishment and cross dealer consolidation based on inventory status
Team and cross function management
- Lead franchise buyers to deliver buying strategy that meets the China consumer needs and support the DTC growth
- Collaborates with other function team to ensure all buying strategy is smoothly operated
- Skilled in retail buying, planning, allocation
