Main Responsibility Areas
- Assist line manager to define product strategy and tactics related to assortment planning, segmentation, distribution, SMU briefing and collaboration projects etc for China market.
- Assist line manager to make product plan, prepare product presentation, generate catalogue, and arrange samples.
- Monitor weekly/monthly sales report and draft product insights to better understand business and help line manager make actions with cross functional team.
- Understand product trends, historical data and departmental input at by channel and at category level in order to manage in-season opportunities or risks.
- Key coordinator of GTM process to make sure the alignment from key stakeholders.
- Support line manager on market insights and submit competitor & trend report regularly by season.
- Update and maintain accurate production information records in key documents including line lists, Product Master System, M-board etc.
- Lead Intern to finish above work more efficient and accurate.
Role Specific Competencies
- Proficient in English (oral & writing)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, i.e. PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- At least 3 years relative (merchandising or buying) working experience in retail business
- High communication skill, friendly
