⮚ Support on business operations related

⮚ Support on Lean management deployment in Airbus China and its entities

B. Main activities

⮚ Support collaboration and organizing promotion events and trainings, google site, videos, news

⮚ Work on digital dashboard of performance review (google or Qlik etc）

⮚ Support improvement projects and monthly reporting on China region concerning operation system

- Qualifications

• Education: Engineering, Business, Industrial, Quality

• Experience: internship

• Basic Skills: Project Management, Meeting Collaboration, Event Management, Excel (knowledge in lean knowledge and programing will be preferred)

- Ability

• Soft Skills: passion, good communication, creative

• Technical Skills: Strong execution, good coordination skill, good problem solving skills.
