To enhance work efficiency and timely respond to urgent incidents, the new Senior Manager - Internal Investigation mainly focus on leading in-house investigation. This role is required to be able to conduct independent investigation under little supervision or leverage outside resources to effectively manage and complete an investigation. At the same time, he or she needs to supervise other team members to improve compliance investigation procedures as well as to support each other during investigations, such as providing 2nd-eye review, assisting in interviews, discussing investigation approaches and case details, etc.

2. Lead investigation responsibilities in the organization

3. Utilize standard investigative procedures to review and analyze whistleblowing allegations to determine if it is within the investigation scope of responsibility

4. Perform investigations involving allegations of irregularities, fraud, corruptions, and other violations of the company's Code of Conduct and other compliance policies

5. Ensure assigned investigations are carried out fairly, objectively, timely, thoroughly and in compliance with relevant policies and regulations
确保调查方式和过程是公正、客观、透明、全面和及时的,同时符合相关法律法规和公司政策的规定
6. Prepare case summaries and meeting materials for management to obtain a full picture on investigation background and relevant findings for making informed decisions
准备周到且全面的调查报告,报告应当简练、事实明确且具有业务针对性以供管理层作出最为全面和准确的决定
7. Manage resource scheduling, coordinating supplemental third party resources as needed, to ensure the timely completion of investigations
管理资源调度,根据需要协调补充的第三方资源,确保调查计划的及时完成
8. Liaise with various business stakeholders to ensure the investigations do not bring any unintended interrupt to the businesses and also make sure that any follow-up actions resulting from an investigation are properly communicated and addressed
在调查过程和结束后能够恰当地与相关业务部门沟通,确保业务部门能够配合执行管理层决议同时完成业务流程改进
9. Build relationship across all levels and influence changes

10. Support compliance team to deliver training, monitor non-compliant conducts, and improve compliance policies and procedures, and other issues related to compliance

11. Mentor/Coach junior team members and manage their career development. 指导/指导初级团队成员并管理他们的职业发展。
1. Bachelor’s degree minimum, preferably in Finance/Accounting/law from a renowned institution
2. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in an investigation capacity
Big 4 and consulting firm experience is a plus
3. Extensive experience in conducting investigations and managing investigative process, including conducting interviews, collecting data and facts, analyzing cases to identify trends and/or discrepancies, and writing reports
4. Experience in an investigative role, external forensic expert or in-house investigator professionals with focus on bribery and corruption, kickback, conflict of interest, embezzlement, and related risk assessment
5. Ability to navigate through ambiguity, manage and coordinate multiple project assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
6. Ability to conduct quality control reviews of investigation work products and supervise team members
7. Ability to effectively and confidently discuss findings and/or control gaps with leadership and develop business-focused recommendations to strengthen controls
8. Strong report drafting and summary skills
9. Fluent in English
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
