- Drive key initiative according to the buying strategy
- Monitor the sell thru performance, clarify action suggestion and risk alarm
- Local consumer insights analysis and feedback
- Keep smooth communication with cross function team to ensure the buying strategy well executed
Drive in season operation execution
- Prepare the season operation plan document
- Work closely with VM team to ensure the merchandise story calendar is well executed
- Recommend key actions to retail team regarding best seller and slow movers
- Set weekly meeting with sales team for sell thru review and action proposal
- Skilled in retail buying, planning, allocation
- Hard worker, willing to work for results, not time
