Data Analysis:

· Provide actionable insights on sales KPIs to achieve business goals.

· Regularly analyze store’s operational performance & and set sales targets based on reasonable sales forecast by door by month.

· Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly update retail report for management team and stores.

· Optimize existing reporting system through coordinating with other functions.

Store Operations:

· Support the implementation of Retail Excellence and continuously explore new areas of improvement.

· Oversee all kinds of store expenses including store supplies, cleaning, interior maintenance etc., and strive to control operational cost.

· Being self-motivated as a team member and do considerable thinking to better support retail team by improving operation tools and S&OP accordingly.

· Partner with cross-function teams to ensure appropriate assortment of store

· Bachelor’s degree and above, around 1~3 years’ working experience of retail operation and business intelligence related, ideally in the retail industry

· Excellent working knowledge of analytics tools, experience with Power BI preferred

· Deep knowledge of retail data & analytics, including retail business planning

· Self-motivator and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
