Responsible for project management to ensure (high) complex global R&D projects running on time, on budget on scope and complying with SPDP and related subprocesses and guidelines. Develops project team and improves team performance by building team cohesiveness, mentoring, training and motivating in order to facilitate global cooperation and ensure project efficiency. Plans, controls and monitors budget/cost/resource. Provides project status/risk report proactively to stakeholder and senior management board as important basis for decision making process. Identifies project risks and takes suitable mitigation action for risk management. Escalate issue report to suitable management level for efficient issue solution. The (senior) Project Manager also take responsibilities as following for entire project processes

- Project initial

Clear identifies project scope with PLM (MTOR to PTOR);

Sets up a project proposal work together with project Sponsor, PLM with business value and investment plan;

-Project planning

Organizes project start process, sets up project core team;

Initials global project team with corresponding communication system setting;

Builds up global project team organization, culture;

Defines project approach way, resource allocation, financial planning, schedule;

Evaluates impact to project timeline/budgets/investment if project change happen;

Manages change process implementation;

Schedules, coordinates and prepares materials for project meetings, conference calls for global project team;

-Project execution

Clear defines and assigns work packages to project team;

Responsible for tracking and summarizing to project deliverables completion acc. SPDP;

Closed communication & collaboration with all project teams members and stake holders;

Applies milestone to project approval board;

-Project controlling & monitoring

Provides warning report in case risk even issue for timeline or budget extension;

Sets up and implements mitigation plan to put project back on track;

-Project closure

Project deliverables checking and project performance assessment;

Project deliverables handover;

Lesson learning to entire project;

Document for project closure;

Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering, Technology or relevant Management to engineering and/or Business Management.

Experience in R&D projects management for over 6 (10) years, at least 3 (6) years’ experience role as project manager in global R&D projects which were requested international cooperation

Fluent in English;

Good knowledge in MS-Office software and project management software e.g. MS Project

General technical affinity and good knowledge of R&D processes and ability to understand a broad range of technical products and diverse businesses;

Experience in area of Elevator industry preferred;

PMP Certification or proven equivalent qualification/experience
