1. Conducts tests on samples according to standard requirements, work instructions and equipment usage manual.

2. Evaluates test performance, provides feedback regarding issues or problems with test and data sheets and reviews test and construction data with supervisor or engineers as appropriate.

3. Supports Lab Manager/Supervisor on new testing capability build up, be familiar with testing standard, work instructions etc.

4. Operates designated machines and laboratory special equipment, records observed and calculated data on testing datasheet.

5. Communicates with the engineers or appropriate department personnel to offer suggestions pertinent to equipment needs.

6. Plans tests, evaluates test results and reports self-opinions and interpretations.

7. Provides training and assist others in the laboratory.

8. Integrates continuous improvement concepts and techniques into all aspects of the job.

9. Performs other duties as directed.

1. Bachelor degree, major in electronic, electrical or mechanical engineering related discipline.

2. Good English skills in reading and writing.

3. Good communication and collaboration skills.

4. 3 years working experiences in lab with testing is preferred.
