Our FSP project is very keen on GCTAs who fully understand the needs of clinical trial work who can use that

knowledge to be proactive – to be able to start tasks before being asked to work on them.

In addition:

 Have extensive experience working not only in the Clinical Trial industry but also as a CTA.

 Experience in taking meeting minutes is a definite plus

 Must have strong system experience – including Excel, PPT, VTMF, CTMS, SP

 Must be available Full time as a 1.0 during typical business hours

 General qualities:

o able to multi task successfully,

o work independently (yet know when appropriate to reach out for help)

o problem solver

o PROACTIVE

o understands that although working independently, critical to keep team informed of

tasks and progress etc.

o not afraid to speak up and participate in team meetings & discussions

o Active participant in meetings

o Assertive

 Strong start up experience is a plus

 Able to handle multiple tasks successfully

 Able to work on quick moving, fast paced trials

at least 1 year's CTA experience
