Product Administration Support to Product Team
1) Assist Product Category Managers and Product Director to maintain accurate information to aide in decision making/strategy
2) Ensure all information is well prepared in advance of key stage gate meetings and presentations.
3) Arrange and track samples and other working documents and materials as required to support the Product Management team.
4) Maintain PLM Database as a reliable source of accurate information on our product.
Cross-Functional Communication and Assett creation/maintenance
1) Co-ordinate the accurate compilation of product information and records for assets including but not limited to catalogues, websites, Sales Meetings etc.
2) Support cross-functional teams with product information knowledge as required. Be a reliable source of passion and information on our product.
3) Key contributor for Global workbooks and information databases. Ensure that English/Chinese information is accurate and both reflect the product correctly.
Product & Consumer Research
4) Participate in research projects to understand target consumers, sports and category needs.
5) Regularly visit our stores and competitors to report on China market trends, future product needs
1) Proficient in English and Chinese (oral & Writing)
2) Proficient in Microsoft Office software (powerpoint, excel, word)
3) High communication skill
4) Able to manage accurate and timely data input and maintenance
5) Analytical skills – ability to interpret data and pull out key findings.
6) Good sense of apparel industry, outdoor/sporting industry or fashion industry
7)Previous exposure to consumer research is beneficial.
