1) Handle the support and training of the Centric users
2) Analyse and solve incidents and business requests
3) Escalate bugs or issues to the Centric support team.
4) Write and maintain up to date user guides and documentation
5) Work with Centric on upgrades and deploy them test, train and roll-out
6) Work with Centric on implementing new China business requests
