1.熟练运用8D处理品客户投诉，防止重复性问题的发生；

Able to smoothly use 8D thinking to handle customer complaint, prevent repeated quality issue from occurring;

2.持续改善制程不良，开展品质改善活动降低报废;

Can continuously improve in-process defect and reduce CoPQ （Cost of Poor Quality）via workshop as a leader;

3.主导解决拉线的品质异常；

Lead to solve quality problem in production line;

4.审核拉线，识别风险并改善；

Audit production line to identify risk and work for solutions;

5.协助SQE推动供应商改善来料品质问题。

Support SQE to drive supplier material quality issue.

1.机械, 电气专业类本科毕业

Bachelor degree and Major of machinery or electrical;

2.有通信、电子行业组装品质管理5年以上工作经验，连接器行业优先；

More than 5-year quality experience in assembly of communication or electronic industry, in connector is preferred;

3.对molding/stamping/plating等制程有一定的了解；

Have much knowledge about molding/stamping/plating processes;

4.熟悉PFMEA、SPC的应用，及C&E、5why分析方法；

Familiar with PFMEA/SPC tools, and C&E, 5WHY analysis;

5.有6sigma背景专业知识, 能熟练运用Minitab, Excel和PPT;

Have knowledge about 6 sigma, good at Minitab, Excel and PPT；

6.能运用英语交流，熟悉来往的英文邮件；

Good at speaking English and reading and writing English email;

7.能适应弹性工作环境，抗压能力强, 爱岗敬业，有责任心。
