· Perform entry-level human resources and administrative duties in support of the hotel’s Human Resources programs and philosophies. Provide basic employee assistance, often serving as initial point of contact for human resources-related matters.
执行初级的人事和行政工作,支持酒店的人力资源计划和理念。提供基础的协助,通常是人力资源相关事宜的首要联系人。
· Receive line staff counseling
接受员工的咨询。
· Responsible for the keeping and maintenance of personnel files for new comers and leaving employees.
负责新员工及离职员工的档案保管及维护工作。
· Responsible for handling new commers’ check in and leavers’ check out.
负责新员工及离职员工的入/离职手续的办理工作。
· Responsible for all the departmental documents sending , deliver and follow up.
负责部门所有文件的传递及跟进工作。
· Maintenance and administration of OH&S work place cases rehabilitation programs
维护和管理工作中的职业健康与安全案件。
· Data Base Management
数据库的管理
· Manage standardized responses to correspondence
管理标准化的书信回复。

· Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others
demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

Qualifications –
学历
· Diploma in Human Resources, Training or Business Administration.
具有人力资源,培训或商业管理的毕业证书
Experience –
经验
· 1 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
1年相关工作经验或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景
