1. Handle Project by analyzing project scope, establishing test programs for product investigations, examining samples for compliance with UL requirements, and preparing reports for clients；通过分析项目范围，制定产品测试方案，判断样品是否符合UL标准要求，并为客户准备报告。

2. Initiates communication with clients to promote and explain the benefits of new and existing services. Follows up on contacts from clients. Communicates with clients to discuss technical issues, explain UL procedures and requirements, convey project cost, and negotiate completion date and sample requirements. Acts to address client concerns and to resolve client issues. Provides technical assistance to clients in reference to product testing and follow-up services. 与客户保持沟通，推广和解释新服务和现有服务的好处。 并协助客户沟通讨论技术问题，解释UL程序和要求，传达项目成本，协商完成日期和样品要求。 提出客户关心的问题并解决客户的问题。 为客户提供产品测试及后续服务方面的技术支持。

3.Coordinates laboratory activities by preparing data sheets and instructions to technicians, reviewing datasheet from laboratory technicians, and establishing completion dates. Coordinates administrative aspects of project management.

• Bachelor degree or above in Optical/Electrical Engineering, measurement control and instrument or equivalent; 理工科背景，本科及以上学历

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in TIC industry or lighting performance testing; 2年以上第三方检测行业工作经验，或LED灯具相关行业工作经验；

• Good team player, self-motivated; 良好的团队合作精神及自我激励意识；

• Excellent client management and service skills. 优秀的客户管理和服务能力;

• Good communication skill and fluent in English reading and writing. 良好的沟通技巧，英语读写流利。
