DESCRIPTION: Own and lead the management and operations of the single most important store of Victoria’s secret brand in China. Deliver commercial targets of the store, manage the relationship with Tmall & Alibaba group and drive performance of service providers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for overall sales performance of Tmall as per target letter.
• Coordinate with local Merchandizing and Demand Planning team to secure the right level and quality of Inventory to deliver the commercial goals, inclusive of special events.
• Align with Marketing & Planning team on platform activation scheme, including promotion mechanism, GWP/PWP and communication plan. Fully leverage brand content, assets and media investment to maximize commercial results on Tmall.
• Implement and integrate CRM on Tmall platforms to recruit, reward and retain loyal consumers of the brand.
• Manage the service provider (TP) to fully implement brand led business plan and optimize commercial results.
• Connect and maintain excellent relationship with Alibaba group to get resources and support needed and also the insights on digital trends and innovations and initiate actions when there’s new opportunities for the brand.
• Work and collaborate with internal stakeholders and supporting functions to drive the business of Digital Commerce.
KEY RESULTS AREAS:
• Commercial KPIs, including GMV, Discount ratio, Profit margin, Inventory targets, etc..
• Web KPIs, including Conversion rate, VPT, return ratio, etc..
• Performance of service providers (TP)
• Relationship with Tmall and other counterparts of Alibaba group
• Reporting & Analysis:
o Deliver regular business reports, ad hoc in-depth analysis in collaboration with key stakeholders such as merchandizing, planning and marketing team; and post-event key learnings for future optimizations
o Collect competitor information and market insights from Tmall
o Assist Finance team on reconciliation with Service provider
• 6+ years of experience
• Solid experience in retail, fashion, digital marketing & commerce
• Solid experience in collaboration with Tmall / JD / Tiktok
• Solid experience in cross function communication / collaboration in international companies
• Both detailed and result oriented
• Overtime and high workload at key commercial periods
• Keep active and passionate working spirit and attitude even in high pressure
• Resourceful and sensitive to new market / digital trend
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
