RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Own and manage traffic generation to secure the delivery of our commercial ambition.
• Develop and execute performance marketing strategy as part of eCommerce strategy.
• Align with brand marketing and merchandizing team on marketing/platform calendar and merchandizing priorities
• Gain traffic and market share from competition through performance marketing tools with support from 3rd party agency and big data capability of digital commerce platforms.
• Drive and grow share of FULL PRICE sales.
• Win on key commercial moments such as D11 in traffic on all Digital Commerce platforms.
• Manage media agency, develop and execute Marketing working budget plan to drive search & other paid traffic on top of organic growth.
• Optimize marketing working budget spending and tracking; document all activations by monitoring results against Objectives/KPI; constantly improve effectiveness, efficiency and return on investment.
• Define and conduct program for real-time auctioning on Display Marketing, optimizing Customer Lifetime Value ratio.
• Lead Consumer assets management to facilitate scalable and sustainable growth. Collaborate with ISV and digital platforms to drive Awareness, interest, purchase and loyalty in both quality and volume.
• Stay tuned with the latest digital trend and new methodology of performance marketing
KEY RESULTS AREAS:
• Deliver regular business reports, ad hoc in-depth analysis and post-event key learnings for future optimizations
• Collect competitor information and market insights from Tmall
• Other Commercial KPIs, including GMV, Discount ratio, Profit margin, Bounce rate, Conversion rate, VPT, etc..
• Performance of service providers (TP) / media agency.
• Consumer Assets management: Awareness, interest, purchase and loyalty; both quality and volume
• Insights on competitors and digital trends
• 6+ years of experience
• Solid experience in digital marketing & commerce
• Solid experience in collaboration with Tmall / JD / Tiktok
• Both detailed and result oriented
• Overtime and high workload at key commercial periods
• Keep active and passionate working spirit and attitude even in high pressure
• Resourceful and sensitive to new market / digital trend
• Strong knowledge on China digital landscape
• Solid SEM / programmatic display / consumer assets management expertise and Agency / ISV management experience
• Strong analytical skills and fact-based orientation in decision making
• Ability to influence cross functional teams, cultivate relationships; Build consensus & influence business partners.
• Creative in problem solving and accountable for results
