Initially on localisation programmes delivering "make to print" components, transitioning to new model design as future programmes develop.

Independent completion for PT commodity engineering design and release, release ESOW, manage design & production validation and support engineering signoff

能够独立完成动力总成零件设计发布， 发布工程设计要求、管理设计和产品验证、支持工程签署

Early supplier engagement and management, commodity technical review and sourcing support

能够独立完成前期供应商引入和管理，支持零件选点技术评审和供应商定点

Communication to JLR UK and cross function team to ensure application delivery from programme start to launch

与JLR英国和跨功能模块的沟通交流，完成从项目启动到投产的系统交付

Signoff PPIR report and understand APQP/PPAP process to ensure on time engineering signoff and PSW

签署零件认可报告，掌握APQP/PPAP流程确保按时完成工程签署和PSW签署

Effecetive commodity design change release and management, maitain product Bom and fincal redbook maitain

熟悉零件变更发布和管理，维护Bom和财务成本预算管理

General technical problem solving, including design issue, supplier manufacture issue, lauch and warranty issue etc

一般技术问题解决，包括设计问题、供应商制造问题、投产和售后等问题的解决

Attend benchmark and tear down actiticies to generate TVM ideas, work with supplier and JLR UK to acheve cost saving achievement

参加竞标和拆车活动， 发起降本方案并与供应商和JLR英国沟通以实现降本

1. Degree in a Automotive Engineering / Mechanical /Electrical Engineering bachelor and above

2.At least 3 year relevant commodity delivery experience

3.Good Powertrain technical knowledge inc. production processes across the commodity group

4.Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.

5. Experience of joint venture component localisation with multi-national OEM and familiar with APQP and issue resolvement skill

6. Willing to travel within China and Internationally

7.Good general computer skills inc. MS office suite
