3.维护持续改进系统, 推进与实施精益生产和精益文化,不定期多层次开展workshop进行持续改进, 如价值流程图、快速换模、车间管理S2QDC、问题解决方法论等

Responsible for the CI system, and organize work shop, such as VSM, SMED, S2QDC, PDCA , etc

4.组织, 跟踪, 降低成本项目

Responsible for tracking the cost saving project

5.合理化建议系统和持续改善项目的维护、改进和奖励系统，提供持续改进的相关培训

Responsible for push and improve the idea management system, CI program and reward system, support to the CI training

6.领导六西格玛项目团队实施并完成六西格玛项目, 辅导绿带项目及候选人,向团队传达六西格玛管理理念，建立对六西格玛管理的共识, 应用六西格玛知识实现提高生产效率, 改进质量, 过程控制, 降低成本等

Lead six sigma project, training the candidate and support the green project. Sharing six sigma knowledge to team to improve the production efficiency, quality and cost saving

7.推进生产流程和管理流程的标准化

Responsible for promoting the standardization of production process and management process

8.领导MES系统上线

Leading MES system go-live.

1.大学本科及以上学历，工业工程等相关专业

Bachelor degree or above, major in industrial engineering

2. 至少4年以上持续改进或精益生产相关工作经验

At least 4 years experience in continuous improvement or lean production,

3. 有六西格玛绿带或黑带资质

There are six sigma green belt or black belt qualification

4. 熟悉ISO9001, TS16949, ISO14001等质量管理体系, 熟悉过程控制方法,熟练掌握APQP,FMEA,MSA,SPC等重要质量工具,DMAIC,DOE等六西格玛工具, 和5S,TPM,VSM,SMED,车间管理等精益工具
