The role provides HR partnering to assigned business areas to support the organization’s objectives, incorporating people strategy into business operation. This position also coordinates and implements a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR areas.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
· Provides HR Business partnering to assigned business areas, provide coaching and consultation to directors, managers and employees on people management, organization development and HR policies.
· Responsible for managing multi-disciplinary projects, covering a number of areas, including compensation and benefits, performance development, talent and organization development, employee relations and change management.
· Supports HRBP Lead for Strategic Workforce Planning
· Drives talent management cross R&D China, initiating, developing and implementing talent management and development projects,
· Collaborates with others to deliver core HR processes, including support for reward, performance development, talent and organization development, ER and recruitment, partnering with HR Services and COEs as appropriate
· Coaches, supports, mentors managers in the application of HR policies and practices, provides advice and guidance on complex HR issues in order to minimize risk and financial exposure
· In partnership with the ER COE & HR Services, provides consultation on Employee Relations issues, utilizing knowledge of employee relations principles, practices, methods, and programs.
· Supports business change process based on strategic guidance and direction established by senior HR Business Partners and business leaders
· Drives and supports the development and delivery of cultural change plans and interventions
· Utilize data analytics to identify key trends in the business and collaborate with both internal HR team & external partners to provide insight, recommendations and solutions.
· An activator who drives for execution excellence and possesses strong achievement orientation
· Stakeholder management experience and a strong relationship builder / influencer
· Strong Learning agility
· Experience of developing talent management and people development programs
· Organization design and transformation experience preferred
· Experience of working in a global, complex organization; Pharmaceutical industry background is a plus.
· 8+ years’ solid experience in HR. including solid HRBP experience, CoE will be a plus
· Bachelor degree,
· Proficient in oral and written communication (English)
