ABOUT THE JOB

Department: BISO

Reporting Line: International Business Analysis Lead

Support Areas: Asia, ANZ, MEA, LatAM, Russia & Eurasia. Key countries include South Korea, Russia, Brazil, Australia, etc.

Locations: Shanghai

What you’ll do

As the International Business Analysis Manager, you will support comprehensive business performance for international regions based on country & TA strategies, especially focus on key brands & markets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generating regional dashboards/KPIs based on Business/TA/Brand Strategy

• Tracking Internal and External Market Performance and generate Insight especially for key brands and key markets

• Provide consistent methodologies, templates, tools and analytical support to countries/business

Job Requirements

Academic / Professional qualification:

• Bachelor/Master Degree of Science or Business

• At least 5 years of working experience in healthcare industry or research company.

Technical / skills training / Language ability:

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with influencing skills

• Good problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent skill of PPT, Excel

• Team work spirit

• Fluent in English speaking & writing
