Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
To lead and influence the Marketing and Sales organization with processes, tools and information to achieve company sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead developing catalogue annual budget/target by month and track the actual expense/execution within the budget quarterly
• Lead purchasing yearly bidding on catalogue vendor
• Manage catalogue timeline quarterly and get the alignment with all related functions(brand comms, retail marketing, category merchandising and BP&O)
• Responsible for managing vendor on catalogue design, printing and delivery, to ensure all the proper request from category merchandising team fully reflected and demonstrated
• Arrange the suitable catalogue delivery plan timely and accurately according to seasonal sell-in calendar
• Coordinate and process the additional budget approval from marketing Brand Director on any adhoc sell-in brochure request
• Evaluate and improve the catalogue process to realize the cost saving and for customer easier reading
• Coordinate and support the catalogue procurement process from vendor pitching, CR, PO and GR, to ensure all the execution detail full complying with company procurement policy
• Responsible for product image consolidation and update, which will be used in TM catalogue and other related use
KPIs
• Control Catalogue yearly budget
• Ensure no after fact CR on Catalogue
• On time Catalogue delivery for China TM

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of 8-year experience in the creative service team
• Experience graphic design / packaging design
• College degree or above
• Strong PC skills
• English & Mandarin
• Passion for sports
