• Responsible for the development of strategic campus relationship and initiatives
• Lead MT Program, and provides expertise, direction and development to those responsible for executing programs and initiatives.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with target schools to build a pipeline of early talent.
• Lead reginal Early-talent recruitment to conduct strategic campus relationship, programs and initiatives based on both short and long-term business staffing needs (i.e. Campus Outreach, MT/Internship Program, etc.)
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining college/university relationships and coordinating events in support of campus recruitment;
• Design and execute the most attractive ways to the young generation
• 5+ work experiences, including at least 3-year in talent acquisition
• Sound recruiting experience in early-talent programs
• Strong capability in Business Acumen and change management
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Result driven, willingness to take challenges and work under pressure, with entrepreneurship
• Solid project management and event planning skills;
• Experience of digital recruitment marketing strategies, including the use of social media in recruiting
• Detail oriented and comfortable with analysing and presenting data
• 10% business travel will be needed
