Responsible for retail recruitment activities including full recruitment cycle process from job posting to offer stage and beyond
Partner with hiring managers to assess hiring needs and understand selection criteria to source for right talents
Initiate and advise new ideas to build a talent pool for the retail industry
Evaluate the application and effectiveness of the recruitment channel
Maintain an accurate and updated recruitment database and submit the related report and analysis on request
Keep updated on the talent market trend and insights
Partner with Own Retail team regarding campus recruitment initiatives in mainland China
Other ad-hoc recruitment supporting duties or/ and HR projects as assigned
Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
A minimum of five years’ relevant HR experience gained in a sizeable organization with proven experience in high volume recruitment
Ability to understand the business and its drivers for success
Detailed-minded, multi-tasked, independent, and well-organized, able to integrate into a work culture of speed and agility
Proactive and strong communication skills
The ability to adapt to changes
Strong implementation and execution capability
Bachelor degree or above
Multinational company background will be preferred.
