• Collaborate within and across team / functions, offer total HR solutions for own retail stores of each channel / area.
• HR Business Partner
a) Work with key stakeholders on retail workforce planning, succession planning, skills assessment and training development
b) Well manage employee relations
c) Pay periodic store visit to keep familiar with store management and staff’s moral & achievements
• Provide Sourcing solutions for Own Store Talent of the channel / area, make sure in time and quality recruitment
a) Hire store staffs who can match brand’s job requirements in a specific time
b) Build effective sourcing channels for retail store staff, especially that of key stores
(I.e. We-chat, University, sports community, Internal Referral channels etc.)
c) Maintain store candidates sourcing database and weekly report
d) Build store hiring manager interview capabilities
e) Promote employer brand.
• Provide Talent Learning and Development solutions for Own Store Talent
a) Cooperate in promoting new regional on-job coaching framework, track the processes and achievements of coaching.
b) Performance review and PIP tracking.
c) Execute & tailor-made retention solutions for Own Store staff, especially store management leve
d) Store Employee Engagement via employee activity, and outdoor sports.
• Other HR Projects assigned by line manager
• Retail HR working background, skills and know-how
• Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and local regulations
• Proactive and strong communication skills
• The ability to adapt to changes

• Multinational company background will be preferred.
