Duties and Responsibilities
• This is a challenging and rewarding role ideal for an enthusiastic and energetic Sales Professional, with high attitude to create strong relations with end users and integrators in order to promote Robotics products in different industries.
• Reporting to the Sales Manager, the ideal person will support the growth of industrial robots and Co-bot business and the development of new opportunities within the general industry (manufacturing, logistic, ..) & automotive tier1 industries.
• To be successful in this position, the candidate will be confident interacting with customers and colleagues and will continually drive change in an extremely reactive environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary in order to address customer issues and concerns.
• Domestic travel will be a requirement of this position.
Key Activities and Responsibilities:
• Present, promote and sell industrial robots and Co-bot products using solid arguments to existing and potential customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs
• Sense of different robot applications: pick & place, bending, pressing, polishing…
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Represent Comau at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
• Feed future buying trends back to employers and advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions
Knowledge & Skills
• Industry sales experience. Robotics sales is a plus.
• Good organizational skills with ability to prioritize own workload
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
Qualifications
• Education: University degree in Engineering
• Previous experiences:3-4 years’ experience in industry sales
• Languages: Fluency in English
