JOB PURPOSE
Dig and deliver key finding to customer. Develop new modeling methodology and perform regular diagnostics to assess performance. Support internal sales performance and activity data management, generate the reporting and conduct the targeting setting projects.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
1. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to understand and translate business needs into analytic requirements, develop an actionable data analysis plan
- Develop new modeling methodology and perform regular diagnostics to assess performance
- Create the analytical tool/report
- Communicate with internal and external to better leverage the data
- Facilitate for the training of the regular sales report/procedure to internal customers and SF, to ensure resources are well understood and conduct by SF
2. Provide consistent methodologies, templates, tools and analytical support to the sales team on territory management
- Provide hospital and physician potential identification
- Provide call planning and work load estimation
- Optimize sales force sizing and territory setting and FTE allocation
- Develop analytical report on field force productivity & resource allocation
3. Sales operation Maintenance
- Manage territory setting and target allocation process
- Regular system maintenance
- Change management
4. Procedure and Project support
- Review and Fine-tune current operation procedures
- Other projects support
- Bachelor/Master Degree of Science or Business
- At least 5 years of working experience in pharmaceutical or research company
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with influencing skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent skill of PPT, Excel
- Team work spirit
